The next generation
Okay, so everyone’s been impressed by now by how much Obama inspired youthful activism in the 2008 election cycle. In making our movie, “What’s the Matter with Kansas?” we spent a fair amount of time with young conservative activists who were equally impressive. So check out this kid at last week’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC.) He’s profiled in today’s New York Times.
Whether you find his speech substantive or not, it’s amazing to see such poise in someone so young. We’ve seen this consistently: conservatives seem to beat the pants off of liberals (or at least Democrats) when it comes to having the courage of their convictions.

This is interesting. It’s definitely NOT substantive. Furthermore, it’s not impressive that he has poise, because, as his biography repeatedly states, he is a child actor! The evidence is reviewed on my blog for all to see.

He’s a hoax. It’s been proven on my blog: twice.

What a fascinating idea. Who would have put him up to it? Is he merely a youthful version of the Yes Men?
If so, I’d expect him to say more and more outrageous things, until the gag is revealed…
